About The CCA At Home Cleanse Program

Group Meetings

The CCA At Home Cleanse Program was designed to make sure that you feel supported every step of the way. These meetings will be educational and support your experience. We will address diet changes, body therapies, and herbs.  This cleanse will accommodate your individual needs.

Nutrition

You will learn how to prepare the classic Ayurvedic cleansing food, kitchree. How you eat is just as important as what you eat, so we will guide you through proper ways of eating. Every step is backed by a practitioner. Group meetings are held throughout the cleanse to build community and trust.

Herbs

Herbs, combined with diet, help to facilitate the removal of toxins from the body. CCA’s herbal department focuses on the highest quality, organic, and fair-trade sources.

Body Therapies

Body therapies in this cleanse are both purifying and tonifying. We will learn how to perform body therapies rooted in Ayurvedic Tradition. You will practice these techniques from the comfort of your home.
